July 2026 5.00We originally booked another place in Seattle but after reaching out to an unresponsive host we felt we needed to change venues. At the last minute, we nabbed Dustin’s apartment. Dustin was extremely responsive and made us feel at ease. His pad had everything we needed to sleep 3 adults and a child. His home is comfortable, nicely decorated, and within walking distance to Seattle’s bus system. We loved it and would come back again.

June 2026 5.00Felt like home from day one! Really loved this place. The whole basement level is private and spacious — way more comfortable than a typical rental. Two real queen beds, a great kitchen, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi that actually held up for work calls all day. The neighborhood is the best part. We walked to coffee every morning, found a lovely little park nearby that the kids were obsessed with, and had no shortage of good dinner spots within easy walking distance. It has that calm, residential vibe but you’re never far from what you need. Check-in was easy, the space was clean and well-stocked, and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had one issue arise during our stay and the hosts resolved it immediately. Honestly great for families or anyone working remotely who just needs a comfortable, reliable place to land in Seattle. Would definitely book again.

June 2026 5.00Our grandparents, kiddos, and pet had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, smart TVs, and the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. The private entrance and easy check-in process made arrival seamless, and the fenced backyard was a huge plus for both the kids and our dog. The location was excellent, with easy access to West Seattle attractions, Alki Beach, local restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown Seattle. We also had the chance to meet the upstairs tenant, Dustin, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return the next time we're in the area. Highly recommended for families and anyone traveling with pets.
